I know SMU doesn’t have the best traveling fan base, if one at all, but this is embarrassing for a program if true.

We can safely poke all the fun we want.  The capacity of FC Dallas' stadium is down to 16.5k while they build the soccer hall of fame...and they still invited a team from within the metroplex.  

THAT is how the world outside University Park views SMU and their "fanbase."

They're playing at a stadium 25 mile away from their campus.  In the last 4 years, we played at a stadium 40 miles away from our campus, and averaged what . . . about 30k+ UNT fans?
