Possible 2nd QB

There have been some rumblings across this board of a possible second QB commit coming this year. Any predictions on who it could be?

Gotta think a JUCO guy, if any, right?
I would not feel good about getting two HS QBs... to me, that makes me think Littrell/Harrell are not completely sold on what Martin could become.

Or a grad transfer etc.  They really need an insurance policy I just don't know if one is there.

I would hope that a grad transfer or JUCO would already be here.   Graduation was over a month ago.   I agree though, after Shanbour, a gimpy Isadore and a true Freshman Pearson is scary.  O'Hara proving to be yet another JUCO bust for us.

If it's a second QB it'd have to be for next class I would assume.  Anyone got any idea of colleges doing this? I don't recall seeing this a lot.

Don't forget Fine.  Plus, I would think Isadore would be through with rehab come fall practice.

Yeah, I was assuming Fine to be the starter, which should be OK.
I'm not sure about Isadore.  I hope he's 100%, but I have no idea what he'll contribute.  Can't really count on him for much.  I doubt he'll have enough time during the fall to overtake Shanbour as backup.

I agree.  I pretty sure we start the season with Fine/Shanbour as #1 & #2.  It will be interesting to see how Isadore develops and if O'Hara has anything other than being a catastrophic insurance policy.

Would be interesting. We lost 2 Blueshirts in King and Tibbs, with Hall filling the BS slot of Grier or however you spell his name that went to the JUCO baseball route.
