Has the entire roster turned over now?  I don't mean this question to be critical.  Just seems like a LOT of change.

The main returnees as things stand are sophomore guards Ryan Woolridge and AJ Lawson (may be more of a small forward now). They combined for, I believe, 3 straight CUSA freshman of the week awards. We also get Power forward Shane Temara back, who started once Combs was out for the year. The other two starters at the end of the year were seniors.

Then we return one role player in Small Forward Junior Allante Holston, RS Sophomore Power Forward/Center Khalil Fuller, who redshirted last year, and Senior guard Greg White-Pittman. I wouldn't be shocked to see White-Pittman or Fuller gone as well.

So yeah. At most 6 returning scholarship players. Happy Tax Day.

Someone else will need to run the numbers, but we should remember that to qualify for the post season NCAA teams must have a 4 year rolling average APR of 930

Here are the APR scores for MBB

Pretty sure that for basketball the NCAA makes adjustments for kids that transfer to another school while in good academic standing.  Otherwise, hardly any basketball teams could stay eligible with all the transferring that goes on.

For example (with no adjustments):

Total possible APR points = 13 scholarship players X 2 of 2 possible points = 26

Returning eligible players
6 X (2 of 2) = 12

Players that left while eligible (get dinged 1 point per player)
7 X (1 of 2) = 7

Calculation
(12 +7) / 26 = 73% APR

Clearly, the NCAA has to make some adjustments.
