We should have been this aggressive all along! We need to put the ball up within the first 10-13 seconds every play. Force the pace and attack the boards. We have been grabbing the boards when we shoot before the defense gets to set.

Benford needs to let Harris loose tonight. He is not perfect but he can score the ball from anywhere. He is 10th in minutes with 13 a game, but second in points with 14 a game. He is his own worst enemy and made some stupid fouls against Idaho, but he can shoot the three incredibly well. He has Chris Davis range. He is shooting 83% from behind the arc. He also only has 1 turnover. Even in limited minutes he is doing well. Let him play more Benford, and don't bench him or Dekie for shooting threes.

and...of all the things you're bad at, and the list is long, perhaps making comparisons to some UNT greats for players on this team might be the worst. I was willing to let slide your saying Brown is already better than CJ ever was, but any Harris for arguably the greatest player in UNT history discussion is downright lunacy

I was I was only comparing their ability to shoot the three.... Not their overall ability. Harris can knock down the three. That was my only point. 

 

Either way way this team is not good no matter who is on it...

So, CW brought up a great question earlier. What AD in the history of collegiate sports has survived a football and basketball firing in the same year? 

I'm sure RV will state Benford was a good hire as well. It's all just laughable. People verbally still supporting RV is the real joke though.
