UNT men’s basketball coach Tony Benford said this afternoon that DeAndre Harris will not play for the Mean Green in their game against Louisiana Tech on Thursday, but he could be back in time for a game against Southern Miss on Saturday.

UNT has outlined some tasks it wants Harris to complete before he returns after being tossed twice in the span of four games before being suspended indefinitely. UNT could really use Harris, who is a threat offensively when he is on. And Harris has been on a few times late in the season.

I didn't quite understand that quote either. I don't remember him from last year but I know he was their starting center every time I saw them this past year. They (Allen) deserve credit for their back to back to back season but I would love to see what a more talented Desoto or Cedar Hill squad could do with 6,000 students.

And that's just in the marching band; makes me wonder how many students they have overall.
