The University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton, Texas, the largest and most comprehensive university of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex - is seeking a Vice President for Advancement for an expansive university that is the institution of choice for 36,000 students. The chosen executive will advance the institutions proud tradition of excellence in academics, student life, and community service.

The selected Vice President for Advancement will combine character, integrity and trustworthiness of the highest order with an exceptional array of skills and abilities and the vision, initiative, passion, and energy to make a decisive impact to ensure the continued success of the institution. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President serves as the Chief Advancement Officer, oversees the operations and activities of Institutional Advancement, provides management oversight for the Executive Director of the UNT Alumni Association and serves as the Director of Development for the UNT Foundation, as well as an ex-officio member of the Foundation Board. The Vice President is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive institutional advancement programs and recruiting and developing talented team members focused toward the ultimate goal of significantly increasing constituent involvement and fund raising outcomes.
