    There were around 30 players last season who were a part of the collective in its first operational year. The obvious goal is to fund and help it grow well to beyond that capacity.

    KD Davis received substantially more NIL monies than $8K, and around 30 total football players were a part of the Light the Tower Collective last season.

    Exactly. This seems to be the historic pattern for Shorter. No spring ball, and then work through the summer to get ready for fall camp. Excited to see what he, Trey Cleveland, Maclin, Horton, and Burns can do in this offense!

    Non-conference schedule gives us an opportunity to start 4-0 for the first time since 2018. If we can go .500 or better in conference play, that’ll give us 8-9 regular season wins and should generate a heck of a lot of excitement in Mean Green Nation!

    It's not about the $ for Patrick. He has plenty in the bank, and my guess is that he will get another bump here under EM over the $200K / year mark.

    Excellent insight. I heard from a HS coach (who is very familiar with McKinney's program) that Magiya has only played football for 2 seasons and he has a ridiculous amount of upside. McKinney has a lot of talent on their roster in the '24 and '25 classes as well.

    This offer is for Moore to play OT. He has a chance to develop & grow into a very athletic OT.

    Absolutely. It's very simple for the BYU Collective (NIL) to handle this. They have the funds available to pay the players for the full cost of attendance for the entire roster (including walk ons), and those monies are allocated when the rosters are set for the fall & spring semesters.

    Exactly. The kid's recruiting is really starting to take off. Feels like one that we can steal.

    Adaway, Ayodei, Farrar, Jackson, Johnson, and Ragsdale are ahead of Landis, so he was technically 7th string. Can't blame him for trying another place.

    Spring ball starts following the return of the students from spring break, and ends with the game on April 22nd.

    We badly need to build quality depth at OL. We aren’t recruiting freshmen OL who are ready to play for the most part (typically most aren’t), so we need some immediate impact guys to help us while our youth develops.
